Paulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Paulina and John were friendly, attentive and thorough - overall a seamless process and I'm very happy with our new property. Would definitely recommend!
