Gemma Greasley from the Crystal Palace branch went above and beyond to help us find a suitable place. When we thought we weren't going to find a place that ticked most of the boxes, through either Streets Ahead or other, Gemma really came through and found us an amazing place. Gemma checked a flat's details and once knowing it was suitable, called and sent through a video and we knew it was the right one and we signed up then and there.
