Bradley Snape, Maya Dela Pena, and the rest of the team at this location are illegally withholding our deposit after a failed credit check. There’s documented evidence, in addition to these messages, to support this. To my surprise, our phone numbers and emails appear to be blocked and they are refusing to communicate which has forced me to lodge several formal complaints with various UK agencies. The people need protection from these types of consultants.

The application did not simply fail because of a credit check. You were given an opportunity to address the issues identified and proceed with the tenancy, which you ultimately chose not to do.
We have retained the full correspondence and documentation, which clearly sets out the position. We will not discuss confidential matters publicly, but the suggestion that Streets Ahead acted improperly is simply not supported by the facts.
