We had two viewings today with this estate agency and both failed. The first one they did not have the keys and did not bother to call ahead to advise of this so was a wasted journey during working hours. Just now we had one scheduled for 4pm and again waited for 10mins and no one showed or called us. This is unacceptable on so many levels and will not want to work with such an organisation or business. Especially in current housing market we would expect better and proactive communication and actually wanting to show houses and staying on top of interested enquiries. Not good and highlights little care to customer service.
