We had a really lovely experience with the agent Bradley who showed us the property. Despite us arriving about 10 minutes late due to an emergency, he was incredibly understanding and kindly waited for us without any pressure. He was very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He took the time to talk us through the next steps, introduced us to the right person for proceeding, and even walked with us while having a nice chat. We’d also like to thank Ethan, who clearly talked us through the next steps for proceeding, including filling out the forms. Overall, it was a very positive and smooth experience with genuinely lovely people. Highly recommended.
