Excellent Customer Service
The staff at Martyn Gerrard provided an excellent level of customer service as part of the process of selling my late parent's house. I was kept me upto date on a regular basis regarding offers made and the status of the potential buyers in addition my queries were dealt with prompty. First class service and well done! Harry

Great service
Nick was extremely helpful during the whole process of buying our property. He had shown us number of properties, always ready to answer questions with endless patience. Once we found a property and agreed on the price Nick was extremely helpful with getting us to exchange as soon as possible, always responding quickly to the queries that we had and trying to find a path to overcome any obstacle that we had along the way..

Excellent job
We were looking to let our property and after 3 weeks with another agent and only one viewing we decided to switch to Martyn Gerrard. Anthony and his team did an outstanding job. He lined up 4 viewings on the first day of marketing the property and the outcome was 4 asking price offers. With everything being done on the internet these days I'd assumed that one agent would be much the same as another. Anthony proved me wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Martyn Gerrard in general. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Reassuring, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and process
I found Mark to be very easy to work with. The sale, was not always plain sailing but Mark was always reassuring and at all times I felt he and the team were doing everything they could to achieve the sale. Once the sale was agreed they were very much there helping me through the process and ensured a good outcome. I will happily recommend Martyn Gerrard to friends thinking of selling.

A thoroughly professional service from initial contact to completion of sale
I found Martyn Gerrard to be a really good estate agent and in particular I found the branch manager Mark Fordham to be one of the most user-friendly people you could hope to have handling the sale of your property. Never pushy or pressurising and always on hand to give sensible advice and his 'take' on potential buyers based on a wealth of experience. A really personable and engaging professional who made what was at times quite a stressful sale a whole lot less stressful than it could have been!

Good quality professional service
I have rented for many years and other agents have been shoddy and not listened to what I wanted but offered me what they thought was right for me. From the outset, Anthony listened to what I had to say and helped me find a house that was exactly what I wanted. He was patient and professional throughout the process, which is exactly how it should be. I have already recommended him to others.
