Quick turnaround

I was contacted by the agent following an online property search. Despite the property not being up on the website, I was invited to view the property. The initial arrangement fell through because the existing tenant did not turn up, but Martyn Gerrard arranged for a viewing later that week and I put down a holding deposit that day. The agent then guided me through the very easy and efficient paperwork phase and I was able to start my tenancy within a fortnight. Not been there

Overall a very good experience with a professional and friendly team. Good in giving feedback following viewings. The Sales Progressor, Karen, helped to navigate the sale with the chain below and to keep updated. It took nearly 12 months from the initial viewing to completion, but we got there in the end!
