Couldn't be happier with Emile's service

My girlfriend and I purchased through Emile @ Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. Emile was always very responsive (even after the sale went through), very courteous and always came back promptly to any queries. We were in a 4 person chain which no doubt was difficult to manage as everyone has different expectations and high stress levels, but Emile did his utmost to keep everyone informed, He made sure everyone got their home sold or purchased and dealt efficiently with various issues that cropped up along the way (there were a few!!).. We were really pleased with his service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him when we come to sell..

He showed us a great range of properties matching our criteria, they had a very impressive collection on their books. Sarah was one of several agents who played an active role in securing potential buyers for my property and in the end thanks to her diligence and her drive I achieved a successful sale. She kept a close eye on the situation from start to finish and at time managed some very tricky negotiations, especially around the time of Brexit. Her positive and professional attitude throughout the process was also much appreciated and would have no hesitation to recommend her!

I recently successfully completed the sale of my property through Mark and his team. It was a difficult period to be selling with Brexit coming right in the middle of the sale, but Mark provided sound advice throughout the sale process which led to a very successful outcome. I was very impressed with Mark's understanding of the local market and his depth of knowledge was much appreciated.

In March we completed the purchase a property through Hilbery Chaplin in what turned out to be a very long, drawn-out transaction. It would have been easy for us to have become frustrated by the delays & to have walked away but the courteous, open and friendly nature of the team in Hornchurch meant we persevered. Many agents who are just chasing a fee would have given up on the transaction. To their credit, Andy and his team did not. They did an excellent job for their client, the vendor, and we will happily use their services if we are in the position to do so in future.
