Sale of our probate property

Both Jason R and Mark F were very helpful, efficient and fast to assist in the process and answer queries. They were able to obtain a very good price for us and a quick sale. This was with us being in Manchester and the property being in London. Jason in particular had to deal with a quite demanding buyer and helped conclude the price we wanted and some very last minute requests as we approached completion & exchange, which probably resulted in him going over and above what he would normally do.
