I rented a property from Manning Stainton at Moortwon. The application process was smooth and everything digital reducing waste and time. They were also very responsive to my quries. Tom was my point of contact, and despite some unintentional delays due to mainteance issues, he was professional and very helpful.I have now moved to my current address.

My partner and I have just rented a property with Manning Stainton. Throughout the process Tom Young provided an excellent service. He was very friendly and professional; keeping us updated and informed throughout the rental process, replying to emails promptly and returning our calls. We would also like to thank Jan Freeman for assisting us with the viewing of the property. Jan was also very professional and observed the Covid-19 guidelines very well. We would recommend Manning Stainton.

We asked Manning Stainton to manage the letting of our property and have been really pleased from start to finish. They visited promptly to assess suitability and discussed all necessary certificates/improvements. Our lettings negotiator, Paulina was in constant contact with us and arranged all the contractor/ certification visits on our behalf. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

Mohammed is a real asset to the team, not only did he find us our new home he manged to successfully let our flat within a matter of days.He is a force of nature, he works extremely hard, i have known Anthony the Lettings Manager for 5 years now, always a pleasure to work with the team. keep up the good-work guys!
