You will do nothing to make this right, please don't pretend publicly otherwise. Very bad experience renting a flat through Martyn Gerrard. We had mold and damp issues in multiple rooms for the entire 2 year tenancy. They broke GDPR sharing my details with a marketing company (reported and they will receive warnings, hopefully fines) and entered the property without my permission on multiple occasions. I'm in the process of opening a case with the ombudsman against them for this. It was impossible to get hold of anyone there when we had issues. We complained to council and wrote to our MP which finally got them to fix the damp and mold. If you have similar issues, give them 2 weeks to arrange a fix and then go straight to the council otherwise they will 100% ignore you. Deeply concerning and unethical company; a prime example of everything wrong with our country today. Companies like Martyn Gerrard badly need stricter regulations to prevent them exploiting people. The London rental market is a mess and you have to take what you can get, but please avoid these people at all costs where possible.
