Andrew was very helpful in assisting our payments / forms for the move. He knew how much we wanted to secure the apartment and facilitated everything smoothly for us. After the payments were made, there was an occasional dip in communication but otherwise he was brilliant and we got the apartment we sought.

Edit: Not a fake review - you know me very well, gave you years of opportunities and chased for compensation on multiple occasions. The address was 13b broadway parade n8 9de. You will do nothing to make this right, please don't pretend publicly otherwise. Very bad experience renting a flat through Martyn Gerrard. We had mold and damp issues in multiple rooms for the entire 2 year tenancy. They broke GDPR sharing my details with a marketing company (reported and they will receive warnings, hopefully fines) and entered the property without my permission on multiple occasions. I'm in the process of opening a case with the ombudsman against them for this. It was impossible to get hold of anyone there when we had issues. We complained to council and wrote to our MP which finally got them to fix the damp and mold. If you have similar issues, give them 2 weeks to arrange a fix and then go straight to the council otherwise they will 100% ignore you. Deeply concerning and unethical company; a prime example of everything wrong with our country today. Companies like Martyn Gerrard badly need stricter regulations to prevent them exploiting people. The London rental market is a mess and you have to take what you can get, but please avoid these people at all costs where possible.

Sold my flat in the area. Still being hounded by them a couple of times a year. Either asking if I’m still looking to sell or if I’m still looking to buy. Or as the most recent voicemail goes, “was I still looking to rent it”. I never rented the flat, or intended to. And it was sold, 18 months ago. I have asked several times to be removed from their database, which I was told would happen. But has clearly not. Illegal breach of GDPR right there. I’d already blocked one of their numbers but somehow they’ve got through again. Next time I hear from them I will be reporting them for GDPR misuse. Estate Agents!!!

Terrible agency!! Do not rent from them or use them as an agency for your property. Bad management, incompetant, and unsympathetic.
