This was our first time selling a property and MG Crouch End and Abby in particular made the whole process smooth as butter. Especially as she seemed to get that we wanted the right buyer, rather than simply pushing through a quick transaction which could backfire. It made the whole experience seem a lot more individualised and tbh totally different to how I imagined it would be, definitely took some of the stress away of 'have we made the right decision' etc. She was also very attentive to all my annoying newbie seller questions and helped shape our perspective. Paulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.
