We recently sold our house with Webber’s Barnstaple. The whole team were brilliant from start to finish and we are so pleased we chose them after having some negative experiences with other estate agents. Connor took exceptional photos, he was respectful of the house and marketed it to make it look its very best. He was fast to get it on the market and it was live within an day. Our house had offers within 24 hours! Jake helped to manage the negotiations really well. He listened to what we wanted and communicated to all parties helping us to get over asking price. Once we had an offer accepted we were paired up with Sarah, the sales progressor, who helped to chase solicitors and other parties in the chain. This was brilliant as it helped to get the sale moving without the stress on us. It took only 3 months from start to finish to sell our property. Overall, we are so pleased with the service we received and would recommend to anyone.

I put my house on the market with Hilbery Chaplin and dealt with a lovely lady called Kellie Hallier. I was very anxious as was selling solo but she was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. She has been with me during the whole process, checking I’m ok without my prompting and talking me through various documents. I dont know how I would have done it without her. She gave me some contacts to help with removals of old furniture and the name of a reasonably priced solicitor. I highly recommend.
