From the first time we met with Martyn Gerrard, to come and value our flat, they have been excellent. The team were highly motivated, brought interesting insights on similar properties on the market/recently sold and put us at ease that they would respect our property and our time. James, Abby & Treon all visited the flat to ensure that they knew the property & gave us at least 24hours notice for viewings. Special shout out to Abby who has been fantastic since our flat went under offer, keeping us posted on timing, answering any questions & resolving any issues swiftly. Highly recommend.
