Blue chip company with the personal touch.
This is my third engagement with McFarlanes (Cricklade Office) having used them previously to both rent out and sell my former home, and I have to commend them yet again for handling my current sale so well too. They have consistently exceeded my expectations by efficiently (and sympathetically) dealing with all of my problems during a messy conveyance - by providing me with assistance and advice beyond their remit 'out of hours' and late into the evening from their own homes. How good is that? Once again I have to shower Silvia with so much credit and thank her personally for her inexhaustible support and kindness. If I were a CEO, I'd head-hunt her lol. So, a big thank you to this wonderful company, and to the MD, Shaun - who is a total gentleman, for creating such a well oiled team. You can safely put your trust and confidence in the hands of this agent.

Fantastic Service
Julian and Silva handled the sale of my property with the upmost professionalism. Feedback following viewings was prompt and detailed. Silvia managed the post sale process impeccably including communicating with all parties in the chain and updating me in her own time to ensure that I had the latest details.

Superb help in buying
Not just the normal stuff, but Silvia tracked down surveyors, tree surgeons and established contact with the Council about what could and what could be done about Council and Highways land adjacent to the property, specifically regarding the height of nearby trees. Extremely helpful. Not to mention the card and the gift when I collected the keys.

McFarlane’s deliver with efficiency and reliability
Julian and his team, especially Silvia, have been amazing in helping us to sell our property and buy another on their books. Warm and Professional.
This lady was an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with. She was so proactive and helpful - we can’t begin to express our thanks to her for her commitment towards us and our sale. First class professionals that go above and beyond
A fabulous team of professionals who supported us through two chain collapses and eventual sale (third time lucky). The team remained positive, professional and supportive through some very challenging times. Though a special mention needs to go to Silivia for her positive, friendly, proactive and professional manner. Wonderful Team!

Excellent service from the very beginning
