Fantastic team

We purchased a property through macfarlanes,cricklade. From the first meet at viewing right and all the way through the (long!) process the team were just fantastic. Communication was always there. Thorough and Patient

Whole team were professional, considerate and patient. We chose McFarlane to sell our house through as we had seen a property we wanted to buy through then. Unfortunately we had to pull out of our purchase and find an alternative after a survey highlighted structural concerns. They were also understanding and patient. We managed to proceed with our sale and keep to original time frame.

We were delighted with the service we received from McFarlane when we sold our flat. Fantastic Service

Fantastic service, professional and friendly from Julian, Dominic and Silvia at McFarlane. We sold our property and bought our new home through McFarlane. The process was quick, efficient and easy. From a consumer point-of-view, it's about as good as Customer Service as you can receive. We were kept informed of progress of the sale and purchase, with detailed information provided at each key stage, including 3rd party communication (vendor, buyer, solicitor etc). We are so pleased with our new home and cannot thank the team at McFarlane enough. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
