I recently spoke with a representative from Inspire Real Estate, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The representative’s communication came across as unprofessional, which did not inspire confidence. As a result, I did not feel comfortable moving forward with any potential deal. I hope the company takes steps to improve the professionalism and communication skills of its representatives in the future. Response on the comment- I’m surprised by this response, as I have spoken with your representatives and have call log and even have email correspondence confirming our discussions. It’s disappointing to see the agency publicly deny this instead of addressing the feedback constructively. I’ll be happy to provide proof of communication if needed.
I got a call from Alina to find out how did my viewing go, to which I mentioned that the property's layout was not upto my expectations. She told me, you wasted our time. The photos do not, always, give the best representation of any property. As an estate agent, I believe, it is your responsibility to show properties to potential buyers. It is not necessary that a person who view any property will like it and buy it. Telling potential buyer that you have wasted our time is not at all expected. Customer service at it worst. I will never use this estate agent and I wish I had not contacted them.
Moving in with Inspire Estate Agents is like starring in your own DIY survival show — except no one gave you the tools, the set is filthy, and the producers stop answering your calls after the first episode. When I collected my keys in January, I was greeted with: A kitchen that could have doubled as a grease museum (bonus: the tops of the fridge and cabinets had their own ecosystem). No heating for the first week — great for a January detox, not so great for actually living. A tenancy agreement unsigned by the landlord, and safety documents that magically appeared… only after a Section 21 eviction notice landed in my inbox. The highlight? Three months of water pouring through a live ceiling light every time I used the taps. It’s like Russian roulette, but with electricity. Meanwhile, two kitchen drawers were broken and unusable for over 4 months, and the bathroom sink took 3 months to fix. Their idea of compensation? £200. I spent more than that on gym showers and therapy biscuits. If you like danger, neglect, and playing “Guess if the rental line will answer” (spoiler: it won’t), then Inspire is the agency for you. For the rest of us — I’d recommend an actual emergency contact line, basic tenant respect, and maybe cleaning the fridge tops before moving day.

Never come back to you. Will make a point of never using these agents.
Terrible experience with this inept, petty company. They will make promises they don’t keep, fail to respond to important issues and seem to care only about protecting themselves at the expense of customers. Procedures feel shady and their responses are evasive at best. Avoid if you value honesty and good work ethic. These people have nothing but excuses and a quite frankly embarrassingly low knowledge of residential sales.
I trusted this agency to manage a property, but their negligence and evasiveness caused endless problems. Their lack of transparency and professionalism has been costly and stressful.
If I could award zero stars to this agency, I would. Since mid-February, my family and I expressed interest in renting a particular property. We made several attempts to inquire about it, including visiting the agency’s office in person, yet we received no response for over two weeks. Despite having excellent references from previous agencies and more than sufficient income to qualify, our inquiries were completely disregarded. After multiple follow-ups, I called the office once again, only to be informed—rather dismissively—that the property had been rented and there was nothing further they could do. Shockingly, just the day before, I had been told to wait for an agent to contact me to arrange a viewing. In short, for over two weeks, we actively tried to secure an appointment, only to be consistently ignored and misled. To make matters worse, approximately a month and a half later, I received a call stating that the property was once again available and asking if we were still interested. We agreed and scheduled a viewing for Thursday at 1:30 PM. My family and I made significant arrangements, including leaving work early, to attend the appointment. Yet, just three hours before the scheduled time, we received a text message abruptly cancelling the viewing, claiming the property was no longer available. This level of disorganisation and disregard for prospective clients is simply unacceptable. It raises serious questions about the agency’s professionalism and operational standards. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
