Inspire were the agents and managed a flat I was renting for the last 2/3 years. Their quality of service for me as a tenant went down significantly during that time. No updates on issues I raised through their property maintenance portal, miscommunication on any emails I sent them. And it has taken far too long for me to get my deposit back - despite a nearly perfect property inspection.

These guys had a property on their books that I wanted to see, however not trusting of estate agents I wanted to see them in person. God knows where their office is but I could not find it. I know I should have been able to but I really couldn't, despite them trying to give me directions. It is somewhere away from the other agents but gave up trying in the end. Ironically I found an alternative property in an estate agents I popped in to get directions from.

My experience with this agency is totally worst . They dont tell the truth completely and dont make sure about the appliances and is it working completely or not !? It was all their fault , they didnt make sure before moving in , they fraud our deposit even though we didnt move in for a second there , plus they said they will return our deposit, it was worst entirely.

Mirza. We recognise the experience felt frustrating and want to clarify the position. Referencing and the agreed move-in arrangements moved ahead as planned. On the day of move-in, you advised withdrawal due to concerns with the heating system. Heating options had already been discussed with you and raised with the landlord, including alternatives. You confirmed dissatisfaction and chose to withdraw. By that stage, the tenancy had started and all documents were signed, which made the agreement legally binding. We explained notice options under the tenancy terms. As a goodwill gesture, the first month’s rent and the full deposit were returned. The holding deposit was retained to cover referencing and preparation costs. Withdrawal on the move-in day meant retention followed the process explained to you at the time.

When I received a call from Amila, I thought she was calling to ask about the appointment to visit my house for valuation. However, she was only interested in why I was using the valuation tool to check the estimated price. I hadn’t even finished my sentence before she cut me off, which was very rude. She is not even from the sales team, and speaking with her was a waste of time. Overall, I would not recommend this company, as my experience with them was unprofessional and disappointing.

5 years ago when we moved in to the house wasnt spotless cleaned to my standards too 🥲( i had to clean it myself) so when you expect to be cleaned professionally i should expected to be done same way 5 years ago …
