I no longer live in the area so had no idea which agent to choose. I narrowed it down to 3 but finally decided Homes Partnership seemed to be the best so I went with them and I’m so glad I did! Having bought and sold several properties, as a buy to let landlord for nearly 20 years, I’d experienced a fair amount of bad service but HP exceeded all my expectations. The speed they dealt with all the formalities and got the property live on the market was very impressive. Their communication was brilliant and a full asking price offer in the first week was something I didn’t even think was possible! Big thank you to Paul Callaway and Sarah Evans for all their dedication and hard work. It made this the best and speediest sale I’ve ever experienced. Sarah keeping on top of everything and nudging the conveyancers along really took the stress out of it all. I would unhesitatingly recommend Homes Partnership to anyone looking to sell their property.
