I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received from Inspire. I chose a local estate agent for the sale of my late sister's house as I live some distance away and did not want to visit the house once it had been cleared of her possessions. It was important that I could trust the agent to check the property regularly and to liaise with the buyer and solicitors which they did through to completion.

We decided to list our house with Inspire in February 2024, and I’d like to start by saying that we cannot fault the service we received at all. Inspire were efficient, friendly and helpful, and all staff that I interacted with were welcoming and polite. Selling and/or buying a property is not an stress-free experience, but I can truthfully say that working with inspire took a large proportion of this stress away. As a seller, I felt listened to, supported and knew I was in safe hands. Both my partner and I are incredibly pleased with the service provided, and would happily recommend inspire to any future clients. I wouldn’t hold back from using Inspire again, and I can confidently say to anyone considering this agency, that you’ll be well looked after. Having worked with numerous agencies in the past, it’s often been our experience that the service of care is high to start, but it quickly dwindles off. In this case, there was a clear difference - it is apparent that this is a small business compared to a larger scale agency, as they really pride themselves on customer care and consistency throughout and ensuring that they put the time and effort into communication - which we all know is key. Lovely friendly group of people, they were so helpful and professional when we dealt with them to sell a family member's house and we really felt that they went above and beyond with the level of customer service we recieved.
