Unfortunately a bad experience with Atlanta, very rude from the beginning, always calling me when out of breath, in a hurry and with a bad attitude. A bad representative for what seems to be a decent agency otherwise, all other employees I dealt with were 100x more friendly. After placing an offer for a rental property, rather than pass it to the landlord the agency decided to hold more viewings for no particular reason although it appeared to simply be a money grab, the property going to the highest bidder. Strangely though, when I called and wanted to increase my offer to stand out, the idea was ridiculed and labelled as “gambling”. Ultimately two weeks after submitting my offer, I was notified that the landlord went with a higher one… what a shame I couldn’t “gamble”…
