My experience with this agency is totally worst . They dont tell the truth completely and dont make sure about the appliances and is it working completely or not !? It was all their fault , they didnt make sure before moving in , they fraud our deposit even though we didnt move in for a second there , plus they said they will return our deposit, it was worst entirely.

Mirza. We recognise the experience felt frustrating and want to clarify the position.
Referencing and the agreed move-in arrangements moved ahead as planned. On the day of move-in, you advised withdrawal due to concerns with the heating system. Heating options had already been discussed with you and raised with the landlord, including alternatives. You confirmed dissatisfaction and chose to withdraw.
By that stage, the tenancy had started and all documents were signed, which made the agreement legally binding. We explained notice options under the tenancy terms. As a goodwill gesture, the first month’s rent and the full deposit were returned.
The holding deposit was retained to cover referencing and preparation costs. Withdrawal on the move-in day meant retention followed the process explained to you at the time.
