Her comment was in reference to the fact that you said on the call it was the direction of the property that was the issue, and given the property direction was not what you were looking for, it may have been your time that felt wasted, not ours. We completely accept that tone can sometimes be misunderstood over the phone, but at no point was it suggested that you had wasted our time.
