Highly unprofessional organisation in dealing with the sale of a property relating to my divorce. The manager has taken legal advice from as he quoted "An old friend that used to be a conveyancer", and has got his facts incorrect. The organisation are incompetent in their marketing strategy reducing the price by £25k after just 4 days of marketing. Avoid if you are looking for an agent to sell your home at the best price and in the correct legal manner.
