I had been renting property with Inspire which I moved out last month. Earlier it was with Chesworths and was handed over to Inspire this year. They are professional, reachable, and helpful over the phone. Apart from that, just wanted to highlight few things as might help others. • View in was booked for one Saturday. I was waiting since appointment was booked. No one really came and we waited for whole day. I was not informed about the cancellation or rescheduling of that. It was frustrating. • Final Inventory report on tenancy - I appreciate it being was a detailed one. However, I was charged for unnecessary claims. I handed over the property clean and tidy, hired professional cleaning and left the property as it was before my move. This was due to lack of communication between both the agencies - Chesworth and inspire. Example:- missing smoke alarm- this was informed to Chesworths time and again and also to inventory reporting process which is done every 6 months and I was charged for this. Similarly, I was blindly charged for a hole in the wall which was pre-existing and owing to multiple back and forth communication from our side, this was later removed.
