Highly unprofessional organisation in dealing with the sale of a property relating to my divorce. The manager has taken legal advice from as he quoted "An old friend that used to be a conveyancer", and has got his facts incorrect. The organisation are incompetent in their marketing strategy reducing the price by £25k after just 4 days of marketing. Avoid if you are looking for an agent to sell your home at the best price and in the correct legal manner. Despite being asked by the agent for Legal documentation to include me in the process, which they have been furnished with they are now ignoring my e mails. What this is doing will put any prospective purchaser at risk of losing their costs by incurring valuation and mortgage fees plus conveyancing costs at the risk of the sale not being agreeable to me (without knowing the details) and then being unable to proceed at exchange of contracts. This is highly unprofessional and certainly not how any Agent should behave to protect any purchaser or vendor from the costs associated with an aborted sale. AVOID
