Wasnt impressed with their web chat as asked a few questions but couldnt help, when i called the agent was polite and professional and very attentive, will revise this as and when we are looking to sell the house and they earn those extra 2 stars for the poor web chat experience. UPDATE 01.06.17 - Revised to 5 stars, met Paul personally when appraising the house the last time and he is absolutely great in every way, very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. An outside company cannot be at fault for what is otherwise a brilliant business in every respect.
