Wonderful service from exceptionally friendly staff. Made what would normally be a stressful experience very smooth!

Let's be honest buying or selling a house can be a nightmare and we've all had bad experiences with estate agents. These guys are different... I viewed a few properties with HP (one very good virtual viewing) Joseph did my viewings and I'll honestly say he is the most helpful, professional and friendly agent I've dealt with. He has all the local and specific info and just makes the experience easy. He played a big part in my decision making. I viewed hundreds of houses in the area but they definitely stood out. We've all had viewings that last about 2 minutes and you don't get any info at all. Now.. The purchase was problematic to say the least (solicitors!) and the rest of the team particularly Sarah and Ben were helpful and patient all the way through, I think Sarah and I spoke most days over the last year and she did amazing keeping the whole process together and moving forward. If you're a seller and things start getting tough you need a team like this. I was always kept up to date and I think I would have given up a long time ago otherwise. Whenever I spoke to anyone else here they were always friendly and they should be proud of the culture of good service they have created. A pleasure to deal with.. Thanks guys we got there in the end.8

Absolute best decision I made when selling my house was to do it through Homes Partnership. They have made something that is highly stressful a lot easier. Every time you call someone picks up the phone, they proactively keep you up to date every step of the way and are there to offer support and advice when needed. Brilliant service from all involved. Even when our sale fell through quite late in the process, Paul, Joseph & the team pulled through, had our house back on the market and re-sold within 24 hours. Huge shout out also to Sarah, HP’s Client Liaison Manager, she is absolutely fantastic in helping to push the sale through to completion. She does all the hard work, chasing solicitors across the chain for updates, always on hand to talk & nothing was ever too much trouble. She made the whole process so much easier & a lot less stressful. We would definitely use Homes Partnership again & recommend them to everyone.
