Fantastic service from all the staff we had contact with from the start of our home selling journey until the end. Always professional, friendly and efficient. Our house was sold before it even reached the marketplace and this is where an exceptional agency is worth it’s weight in gold, and no online house marketing company comes close. These pro’s KNOW their clients and they know who is looking for what. So a viewing was arranged before the excellent video viewing of our house was even edited, never mind on Rightmove! And within half an hour of the viewing, the deal was done and our house had been sold to the first and only buyers through the door! It was whilst we spent a lot of the next few weeks looking at so many properties to buy, with either no video footage of the houses, or almost as bad, the ones with an agent walking around filming on his PHONE that we appreciated how professional and forward thinking Homes Partnership are to have had brilliant technology before it became a necessity to be able to view and experience a whole property online, once COVID made viewings in person so much harder. We really cannot thank them all enough, but special mentions to Adam (the deal maker) Sarah C (the soeed typer), Kira (the sales progresser-not many agents even have one!) and Sarah E (who took on Kira’s dealings with us when Kira was off). They have all had to work from home, from the covid secure office and back from home again during the 11 weeks it has taken to sell and complete on our sale. Not easy times for anyone, but they have worked hard for us and are worth every penny.
