A rather special agent
Previous estate agents we have had have been rather impersonal; friendly enough and efficient - the houses have got sold at good prices. But we found Seymours to be all the right things for effectiveness and proper selling plus a real warmth and friendliness from all three people there. A few issues that arose were dealt with well and a rather big problem handled very decisively and effectively. Full marks all round

Selling to Downsize
Having moved house a few times during my life, I've experienced the highs and the lows of moving home. Ian and the team at Seymours Cranleigh branch were very efficient from the first valuation appointment up until the morning we finally completed. The whole Seymours experience was something I felt I had to share!

Fantastic customer service

Wouldnt use any other agent after such a fantastic experience!
We are more than happy to rate such an outstanding agent as Seymours. We felt completely happy with every element of our house sale with them and everything was handled with complete professionalism. The staff are outstanding and always return phone calls, provide regular updates and handled the chasing of less helpful solicitors. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
