I let my property via Belvoir for nearly 3 years. After 10 years on the letting market with various letting agents in Coventry I can honestly say this was the most competent company I have dealt with. The staff were always helpful, professional and friendly. They are quick to answer any queries and deal with problems. The quality of the repairs undertaken when needed were good. As I dont live near my let property I was able to trust Belvoir completely with managing the house. I found that they were slightly more expensive than other agents but this was definately made up for with the peace of mind I had and lack of hassle I had the whole time. The property was sucessfully let continuously, well managed and sold within days after I decided to sell my house: all through Belvoir! Many thanks to the whole team especially Christine !

I have been renting my flat out through Belvoir for the last 12 months and have only had one slight issue in this time but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Communication with staff is great both over the phone and via email. Payment is always on time and a invoice supplied for my tax return.
