I have been renting my flat out through Belvoir for the last 12 months and have only had one slight issue in this time but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Communication with staff is great both over the phone and via email. Payment is always on time and a invoice supplied for my tax return. If you are looking for a hassle free company to use this is the one. I have previously used other companies to rent the property with and Belvoir is just a joy!! Thank you Belvoir
