This company is a joke. Was calling them on the phone, nobody ever answered.. came to their office which had a little note on the door, saying: "we are open", however the door was locked... same happened when I tried to reach them the next day. Little shop next to it, informed me, that they open it in the morning and then disappear for the whole day.. Thats unprofessionally stupid!!
Be careful of this agency , they tend to charge for non-existent things. Reed the contract veary carefull, look for the hidden charges. Make pictures of everything so you can proof you are right, otherwise they will take all of your deposit money without providing a receipt for the work they did. Also they are very slow to respond to any issues that occur in the house. Avoid if possible!!!
Extremely unprofessional. After visiting one of their properties they gave me wrong information on how to apply. I tried to contact them in many ways: e-mail, telephone and I even went to the office during opening hours (door was locked and nobody in). Nevertheless, none of them worked. The following day I finally could get in touch with one of the receptionists, who didn't have the information neither and referred me to a sales agent. Finally, after almost 24 hours trying to apply it was impossible and the property was taken by another tenant. They didn't even apologise.
I have just moved in to w property with them telling us that it was all fine I have a 7 month old freezing and they said they would get someone out to us straight away 2 days later still nothing bunch of BS
Unprofessional receptionist! Avoid this letting agency I have made phone calls to this letting agency several times as well as leaving a voice message to book for a viewing appointment. 1 day later, there was still no reply. I was convinced by the high rating in Google Reviews, even though i was hesitant to continue associating myself with this letting agency. so i decided visit belvoir's office. It took 15 minutes to walk to the letting agency only to be greeted by a receptionist that ignores us midway to make a phone call to her friend... for 5-10 minutes. She even tried to cancel the appointment of a viewing while i was leaving because i told her off because she was on the phone with her friend. I hope belvoir will improve their reception services so customers might experience the great services of the other employees that have done their job well. Thank you :)
