I let my property via Belvoir for nearly 3 years. After 10 years on the letting market with various letting agents in Coventry I can honestly say this was the most competent company I have dealt with. The staff were always helpful, professional and friendly. They are quick to answer any queries and deal with problems. The quality of the repairs undertaken when needed were good. As I dont live near my let property I was able to trust Belvoir completely with managing the house. I found that they were slightly more expensive than other agents but this was definately made up for with the peace of mind I had and lack of hassle I had the whole time.
