They were okay, helped me find a pet friendly place by asking a landlady if she would be happy to have my small dog on the premises. Any issues were swiftly dealt with. However, make sure you're on top of them contractually when you leave. I had to remind them of their deadlines to confirm deductions from my deposit and the return of my remaining deposit, both were done at around 5pm on exactly the final day after my chasing. Their excuse was that staff were on annual leave. Aside from that they were fine, though.

I truly not recommend, whitegates are very unfair in giving deposit back and charging things unnecessarily. I don’t have much to say but please don’t go in this scam.

I cannot recommend Whitegates to anyone. They may have numerous excuses to defend their behavior, but I urge you not to rent from them. My experience was incredibly frustrating. Past reviews speak for themselves! 👇 Nothing further to say.

I TRULY NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS A SCAMMING COMPANY AS I MADE THE DEPOSIT FOR THE HOUSE AND BEEN LEAVING THERE AROUND 3 YEARS THEY GAVE ME 3 WEEKS TO FIND ANOTHER HOUSE WITH NO EXPLANATIONS. NO OTHER SUPPORT OF FINDING ANOTHER HOME EITHER. AFTER I LEFT I ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK AS MY BILLS AND RENT BEEN PAID REGULARLY. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE DEPOSIT, THEY SAID THAT THE HOUSE WAS NOT FOUND CLEAN. WHEN BEFORE LEAVING ME & MY FAMILY CLEANED THE HOUSE BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT TRULY NOT RECOMMENDING THEM.
