we have experienced excellent service from whitegates . when we decided to move from the rented property the transition was extremely smooth and our payments were made in time . When I hear people having issues with estate agents , I think I was lucky to be associated with whitegates because it was great dealing with them . Initially used Whitegates to manage a property I was renting out. Tenants were sought promptly meaning I didn't miss out on rental payments for the 10 years I did this. Subsequently used Whitegates to sell the property too. I always found the staff on both the lettings and sales teams to be helpful and courteous, and always willing to provide help and support when needed.
