The only decent estate agent I've dealt with. It wasn't perfect, but for estate agents standards I was very satisfied - quick with dealing with issues and maintenance, fair, no trouble getting our deposit returned and didn't try to take our deposit from us for ridiculous things. Made our uni life easier during our final year.

As a first time landlord I was very apprehensive as to how complicated the letting process would be. From meeting Lauren at the property initially , to my subsequent calls to the office Lauren and the team have been so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to working with them.
