I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kai and Faye - they are professional, extremely responsive and always had my best interests at heart. I came to SA having been severely let down by another reputable local agent and their poor marketing strategy. However, within moments of meeting Kai I knew it would be different with SA - and how right I was. Within a week of relaunch they had secured 3 good offers, despite Covid19, and once we had agreed on a price they continued to proactively manage the sale personally (unlike others who wash their hands with you and pass you on to another office as soon as you are under offer).
