What lovely people to deal with. We mainly dealt with Kai and his knowledge of the market and professionalism towards selling our house was second to none. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kai and Faye - they are professional, extremely responsive and always had my best interests at heart. However, within moments of meeting Kai I knew it would be different with SA - and how right I was. Within a week of relaunch they had secured 3 good offers, despite Covid19, and once we had agreed on a price they continued to proactively manage the sale personally (unlike others who wash their hands with you and pass you on to another office as soon as you are under offer).
