I purchased my house a few months ago with Streets Ahead Coulsdon and can highly recommend them. I mainly dealt with Gemma and Catherine and want to thank them for all their help with getting it to completion. I had previously attempted to buy a number of houses but had been outbid every time. Catherine was on hand to provide guidance with the bidding process which was done quickly and fairly. I was told within 2 days of viewing that my offer had been accepted. There were some problems along the way, Gemma was extremely helpful at getting things resolved, helping the sellers who were unfamiliar with the process, arranging appointments for surveys etc and liaising with everyone to enable exchange of contracts. There were further problems on completion day when the keys were not available and the house not fully vacated. Gemma was straight on to it early morning and communicated with me and the sellers and the solicitors for much of the day to resolve it. She even offered to get the key to me up to very late at night which wasn't necessary in the end but I want to thank her for going above and beyond what a lot of estate agents would have done. She was very supportive and this took some of the stress out of it. I have been having a lot of work done to the house, it is looking very nice and am very pleased with it!

I can't recommend Gemma from the Coulsdon branch highly enough. She listened to what we wanted from a property and found us a home in the right price range that met all our criteria. She really helped us out as first time buyers by talking us through the process in plain language and even stepped in when our sales progression person went on maternity leave and tirelessly chased our seller's solicitor to get us exchanged. We literally couldn't have done it without her.

Catherine and Gemma have been very helpful to us throughout our property search, always alerting us to properties that might be suitable for us and getting us early viewings. I would have no hesitation in recommending either of them.
