More than happy to recommend Streets Ahead Coulsdon who we have used a couple of times to sell property. All agents use the same websites but can be lazy after that. Kai and Lee were my main contacts and always proactive, arranging accompanied viewings when we were out, even awkward times at weekends. They work closely with their other branches to find prospective purchasers who may not know my area. Also worth a mention is Mary Jane who created a smooth path through what could have been an awkward chain.
