Despite Covid-19 a really lovely tenant was found thanks to Natalie's hard work and great judgement of character. I had a bad experience with a previous agent which was highlighted even more with Natalie's honesty, professionalism and dedication. She held my hand throughout the whole process and helped fix some paperwork issues too. I genuinely am beyond thankful to her on all fronts.
