I have sincerely had an awesome experience with Streets Ahead from viewing the property in 2018 to moving and checking out in 2021. It’s just been exceptional. Alex was the person who carried out my viewing appointment. She was knew exactly what I was looking for in a flat which made it easy for me to accept on first viewing. Then not to talk of late Callum who was my property manager for the duration of 2 years. He was literally the best as he dealt with all of my queries promptly, professional and effectively. Even if the landlord didn’t want to adhere to his advice, he would still inform me. I could go on and on about Callum as he was a man of his word. He always had a story and solution for every problem, lol. When it was time for my and family to start looking for a new place, George got involved with searching for new places within the area. He was also exceptional as he would send me 3-4 properties with the space of 3 days and this was on a weekly basis. He also informed his colleagues to contact me if they had other properties in mind. He has great interpersonal skills and knows how to quickly identify the needs of a customer. Not to talk of Shakira who recently took over from Callum. Also another awesome staff who is also prompt and efficient in handling queries. No wonder you guys are growing and advancing so rapidly within the UK.
