I have nothing but positive things to say about Streets Ahead Coulsdon. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kai and Faye - they are professional, extremely responsive and always had my best interests at heart. I came to SA having been severely let down by another reputable local agent and their poor marketing strategy. However, within moments of meeting Kai I knew it would be different with SA - and how right I was. Within a week of relaunch they had secured 3 good offers, despite Covid19, and once we had agreed on a price they continued to proactively manage the sale personally (unlike others who wash their hands with you and pass you on to another office as soon as you are under offer). It is the consistency and hardwork that really sets them apart. I wouldn't dream of using another agent if buying or selling in the Coulsdon area.

Very impressed with the service I received from Kai and Faye at Coulsdon Branch especially as it was Post-Brexit/Early C-19 stage. My property went under offer for in excess of asking price in a short period due to Kai's negotiation. The professional photography was excellent and very effective. Great service throughout.
