Having met various other agents for viewings we felt there was a lack of oomph and knowledge. In particular the viewing of our new house was very short and we did not feel like the knowledge was there, it was pretty uncomfortable. Good job we fell in love with the house! We were initially going to sell our own house privately, but when that didn’t happen, Yvonne was the only agent we considered. We fell in love with her passion and her comforting aura the moment we met her which is why we knew she was the one. Having not been through the sales process before, and now seeing what goes into it, we were pleased to have Yvonne on side. She was very engaging and always kept us in the loop, going above and beyond to get the job done. It was surprising how much work and involvement she had after the sale had been agreed. From beginning to end, there was no falter on the help, guidance and support, even advising on the purchase of our new house! We had our fair share of problems along the way and Yvonne was there to give us support and guidance and always pointed us in the right direction. She knew what was right for our situation and always chased when needing to get something over the line. She took on all the follow ups and got us updated with every bit of information she found. Her work ethic is second to none, attention to detail and personal touch, always being available when needed and going out of her way to ensure we progressed. 100%, no doubt about it, we would use her again and would be happy to recommend that others did the same
