My husband and I finally decided to take the plunge and started our search to find a new home in a better area to provide our children with an opportunity for attending better schools. Little did we know the trials and tribulations we would be encountering, but went in full steam ahead regardless. I must admit going from one house to another with 7/8 viewings every Saturday became a despondent experience. We have seen wide range/variety of properties, in terms of price/location, but Streets Ahead always had a high calibre of properties to show us. After seeing a number of properties we were then able to narrow down the specific location we wanted to be in. High praise goes to Shivam Kagadada! Very professional but also very personable. He went out of his way to find out exactly what we were looking for and did do his best to find properties that fit our criteria. Even when the market seemed to slow down, Shivam made sure he kept in touch with us to see if were still looking or found anything and giving us a heads up of anything new that Streets Ahead were aware of. That added touch of extra phone calls/emails to see how things were going made Shivam stand out from, not only all the other Agencies, but also from his own colleagues at Streets Ahead branches. We have been looking for a new house since end of January and have finally found 'the one' and had our offer accepted. We couldn't be more happier.
