Streets ahead were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I chose them to manage the sale of my mother's house. I am a secondary school teacher and live 150 miles away from where the house is located. Driving up and back takes a day not to mention the fuel cost. I needed an estate agent who would understand my position and go the extra distance. The house is now sold and this is my opportunity to thank Claire for correctly designating the house with the correct EPC, Lee for the feedback and emptying the last few things from the loft and Adam for honest market appraisal and taking meter readings. They are a good team and certainly made the extra effort for me.
