Lee Lavender is streets ahead - pun intended - of a lot of the sales negotiators I've dealt with, despite his young age! He's open, honest, curteous, prompt and always goes out of his way to help. I was pressed for time, and I asked if we could do some late viewings, not only did he arrange 2 viewings on a Sunday evening, but also another one the following day in record time.
