Excellent service, Park & Bailey were by far the best estate agents we met with after viewing 12 properties. Ruby was fantastic and really attentive to what we were looking for. When the first property we viewed with her wasn't quite right for us, she listened to what we needed and then found us the perfect place - which is now our forever home! The whole after sales team were fantastic, kept the momentum going, even when it slowed down at Christmas and were conscious we needed to complete by 31st March so ensured everything ran as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate in using Park & Bailey again and have been recommending to all our friends who have been house hunting.

Park and Bailey in Coulsdon have been very easy and efficient to deal with. The staff in the office are professional and someone always answers the phone. The use of an app to schedule viewings is particularly useful. The staff who attend viewings are very friendly and approachable - Drew and Ruby in particular were lovely. A very good experience overall.

From the initial pre-sale meeting through to our property exchange has been a great experience. The team at P&B are great to work with, and have really pushed the sale. They have been pro-active to help resolve some issues/concerns that occurred which helped keep the sale on track . I don't think we would have exchanged by now without P&B. The service we experienced from Park & Bailey was very good. Hadley advised us initially and then Grainne and the sales team did a very good job of organising viewings. They were enthusiastic about the house (with potential buyers) and quick to give us feedback. Once the sale was agreed, the Progression Team (initially Sue and then Damien) were very proactive in monitoring the progress of the whole chain and keeping us and our buyers informed - as well as exerting some pressure when needed and advising us along the way. Overall it was a great experience.
