Selling my house has been one of the most stressful things I've ever done. But Park and Bailey have managed to sell it twice, 2 weeks after it going on the market. I've never sold before, so I felt really clueless but I felt supported and in good hands. Luke kept me updated the whole time, letting me know of every piece of feedback and he also put up with my late night stressed emails without frustration. Ruby was always so respectful of my house and I felt like, by the end of the sale, she knew my house better than me. I was also told by a prospective buyer that she would not let them open some things, which meant a lot as a seller as it felt like my privacy was really respected. Kim, the sales progressor, updated me with every little things that came up and communicated great with my onward agents. Thank you guys :)
